Your role
You conduct telephone calls with debtors in Belgium.
Tasks
- Make calls, contact debtors to inform them of the amount outstanding and work out a payment plan.
- Answering emails from debtors with questions about payment plans and unpaid invoices.
- Receive calls, answer debtors' calls and provide them with the information required for their files.
Profile
- Fluent in Flemish
- Working proficiency in English
- Good call management (structure, efficiency, assertiveness)
- Empathy
- Soft skills
- Attendance
- Good general appearance
- Previous experience in collections
- Respectful and positive towards customers;
- Solution-oriented thinking;
