Your Tasks

• 📞 Answer customer questions via phone, chat, email, and social media
• 🔐 Help with account setup, login issues, and verifications
• 💸 Support with payments and account details
• ⚙️ Solve technical problems and guide users through the platform
• 🏟️ Be a helpful expert in the sports and gaming world
• 💬 Respond quickly and kindly to all inquiries and complaints
• 🤝 Build trust with customers through friendly communication
• 📝 Share ideas to improve how we work

What We’re Looking For

• ✔️ Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
• ✔️ English (B2 level)
• ⚽ Passion for sports
• 💻 Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
• 🧠 Quick learner with tech skills
• 🗣️ Clear communicator who explains things simply
• 📅 6+ months of experience in customer service (same job)
• 🤗 Positive attitude and a team player
• ⌛ Willing to work rotating shifts
