Your Job

Join our support team and help people with smart and energy-efficient lighting! We help customers with lights, systems, and services that improve daily life at home, work, and in cities.

Your Tasks

• 📞 Help customers by phone, email, chat, and social media
• 💬 Answer questions about products, services, and how to use them
• 🛠️ Give technical support before and after a sale
• 📋 Log customer cases and keep records up to date
• ⬆️ Send complex issues to the right support team
• 🤝 Work together with other technicians to find solutions
• 📂 Manage your own ticket list and follow instructions from your team lead
• 💡 Share your feedback to help improve the service

What We’re Looking For

• ✔️ Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
• ✔️ English (B2 level)
• ✔️ Great communication skills
• ✔️ Comfort with tech and learning new tools
• ✔️ Problem-solving mindset
• ✔️ Ability to work in a team and follow processes
• ✔️ Willingness to learn and grow
