💼 Your role

• As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice behind our home delivery service for frozen food and wine 🍷❄️.

• You’ll engage with loyal customers, manage orders, and share special promotions that make their day brighter! 😄

• Outbound Sales: Call customers to update delivery times, reschedule, or take new orders. Offer special deals & add-ons!

• Inbound Support: Help with orders, cancellations, reschedules, and general questions via phone or email.

• Customer Care: Create happy customers with your empathy and positivity! 💙

🧭 Requirements

• 🎓 Secondary school diploma

• 💬 Native Dutch or French

• 💻 Basic PC skills

• ✨ Sales or hospitality experience = a plus!
