We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Agent, specializing in catering to our esteemed Dutch clientele. Responsibilities:
- Close sales calls effectively to meet predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and preferences, facilitating persuasive sales pitches.
- Promote additional services alongside selected accommodations to maximize sales targets, including catering, ski services, insurance, and wellbeing offerings.
Candidate Profile:
Fluency in Dutch at a C2 level.
- Demonstrated attributes of meticulousness, autonomy, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven success in introductory sales.
- Recognized for articulate communication, adaptability, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
- Possesses strong commercial acumen and maintains a positive outlook.
