As a Telesales Agent, you are the voice of a global leader in digital payments. This isn't just about making calls; it’s about quality-driven sales where authentic and meaningful conversations come first. You will engage with partner businesses and existing customers to identify their needs and provide secure, seamless transaction solutions.
🔑 Your responsibilities
Engage & Consult: Initiate high-quality conversations with key decision-makers to identify their needs through consultative selling.
Value Creation: Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize value for every customer.
Partner Support: Work closely with strategic partners to promote services aligned with specific partnership agreements.
Target Hitting: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high professional standards.
Data Management: Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Feedback: Provide valuable insights and feedback to help improve overall sales strategies.
👤 Your profile
Fluent in Swedish + English (C-level)
A Natural Communicator: You love building trust and can handle objections effectively to guide prospects toward the right solutions.
Target-Driven: You thrive in a performance-based environment where volume and quality go hand-in-hand.
A Team Player: You enjoy working in a diverse, friendly, and collaborative culture.
Reliable: You are committed to a full-time schedule of 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
