Your mission is to optimize account performance, ensure high retention, and champion growth by implementing the best solutions for your clients. 🛠 Your Responsibilities
Optimize & Retain: Provide ongoing support to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with newly onboarded and existing hosts. ❤️
Tailored Advice: Collaborate with hosts to maximize their listing quality through personalized account optimization. 📈
Pipeline Mastery: Use tools like Salesforce to track progress, manage high-value accounts, and smash your engagement KPIs. 💻
Voice of the Customer: Identify opportunities for product and process improvements based on real client feedback. 🗣️
Collaborate: Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to refine best practices and deliver outstanding results. 🤝
Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and participate in ongoing training to stay at the top of your game. 📚
✅ Your Profile
Language Master: Native-level German (C2) and a proficient level of English. 🗣️
Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. 📱
Growth Mindset: A proven record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. 🏆
Organized: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with excellent communication skills. ✨
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools is a huge plus! 💻
Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 🎓
