🧾Your Tasks

• Moderate & Review Content
  • Monitor, validate, and filter user-generated content
  • Review sensitive topics, user behaviors and ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas
  • Ensure accuracy, speed, and open-mindedness in every task
• 📑 Audit Advertisements & Copyright Content
  • Check ads and user content for compliance
  • Moderate based on social media rules and guidelines
• 📈 Analyze Reports & User Behavior
  • Investigate flagged content with care and detail
  • Follow clear protocols and procedures
  • Make informed, independent decisions when needed
• 🤝 Improve User Experience
  • Actively suggest improvements to services
  • Help maintain a safe and respectful online space

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 🌐Proficiency in Polish and a good level of English both written and spoken
• 💼 Experience:
  • 1+ year in content moderation is a plus, but not required
• 🧠 Skills & Traits:
  • Logical thinking & good reasoning
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Resilience to disturbing or sensitive content
