We are looking for customer service representatives. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.
Our ideal candidate
- Experience in Customer
- Service preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
- Soft Skills advanced Active Listening and Engagement
- Understand basic technical support
- Ability to walk customers through basic troubleshooting steps
Required skills
- Fluent in Norwegian
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, adaptable and Empathetic
- Pleasant and positive attitude
