💼 Your role

You’ll work for one of Belgium’s leading energy suppliers, ⚡ helping customers with energy-related questions and contract sign-ups.

Your mission? Make every customer feel supported and informed! 😄

📞 I. Inbound Calls – Marketing & Loyalty Campaigns

🎯 Goal: guiding customers toward signing an energy contract

You will:

• 🔍 Compare energy tariffs between our services and other suppliers

• ✍️ Assist customers in completing contract details

• ❓ Answer general sales questions (website & energy market related)

• 🔄 Redirect customer care or “move” questions to the right team

💬 II. Online Chat & Email Support

• 💡 Help new customers calculate prices

• 📨 Provide clear information that helps them sign a contract

🚚 III. Inbound Move Calls

🎯 Goal: setting up new energy contracts for customers who recently moved

Your tasks:

• 🔍 Compare tariffs with different energy providers

• 📝 Assist in completing contract information

• 🏡 Update customer data (new address, new resident details)

• 📞 Outbound follow-up for any missing move-related info

• ❓ Answer general moving-related questions about billing, disputes, etc.

🆕 Additional Tasks

• 📞 Outbound calls to follow up incomplete contracts

• 🗂️ Administrative tasks: updating contract details, adding missing info
  ✨ You ensure every customer file is perfectly handled!

🧭 Requirements

• 🎓 Secondary education

• 💬 Native-level Dutch/Flemish & good English

• 💻 PC skills & strong writing ability

• 💫 Empathy, confidence, flexibility, and proactivity

• ⭐ Contact center experience = a plus!
