As an ODD BE Advisor, you safeguard compliance and trust by checking sensitive customer documents 🗂️, guiding clients with care 📞, and spotting risks ⚠️. Precision, empathy, and clear communication are your daily tools.
🔑 Your responsibilities
- ✅ Review & verify documents with accuracy
- 📞 Contact clients to request or clarify details
- 🔍 Detect irregularities & escalate when needed
- 🤝 Work with Compliance, Risk & Support teams
- 💡 Suggest improvements for smoother processes
👤 Your profile
- English fluent + Dutch, French or German
- 🎯 Eye for detail & confidentiality
- 💬 Fluent Dutch & English (near-native)
- 🤝 Team player, but independent worker
- ➕ Bonus: knowledge of compliance/regulations
