Your Job

Join the airline industry 🌍! Help travelers across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East with bookings, changes, and questions. Provide excellent service and create great experiences ✨.

📌 What You’ll Do

• 📞💬📧 Support customers by phone, email, and chat
• ❓ Answer questions about bookings, sales, and complaints
• 🔐 Handle sensitive cases with care and professionalism
• 📝 Create, change, or cancel flight reservations
• 🎫 Support ticket operations: issue, modify, cancel
• ⏱️ Share accurate info in real-time to help customers decide
• 😀 Deliver positive, memorable service
• 👂 Listen actively and give personalized solutions

What We’re Looking For

• ✔️ Fluent in French, both written and spoken
• ✔️ Good English skills (B2 level)
• 📅 6+ months experience in customer service (required)
• 🧳 Experience in tourism/travel = big plus
• 🗣️ Great communication, empathy & teamwork
• 💻 Knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) = advantage
• ⏰ Flexibility to work in shifts
