For an innovative and growing project, we are seeking a proactive and empathetic Sales Advisor. In this role, you’ll contribute to improving the European defibrillator network, ultimately saving lives during cardiac emergencies.
Your role
As a Sales Advisor, you will guide potential customers through the subscription process with strong sales skills. You will also provide support to new and existing customers via phone, email, text messages, and social media, offering detailed information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Conversations:
- Actively listen to prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate, relevant information about products that suit their needs, encouraging independent purchase decisions.
- Guide prospects through the subscription process.
- Clearly explain product details and subscription options.
Customer Service and Administrative Support:
- Support customers via phone, email, and text messages.
- Assist customers in managing their subscriptions through their personal portal.
- Address questions about invoices, customer data, and other administrative concerns.
- Help customers modify subscription payment details or replace products like AEDs when necessary.
- Handle logistical inquiries and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle challenging conversations professionally and empathetically.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and document follow-ups for service improvements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
Language:
- Proficiency in Dutch and French
- English C1
