Regional Sales Manager Southeast region and surroundings
Are you ready to take the reins of an exciting role where you will independently and proactively analyze potential markets, transforming them into extraordinary business opportunities? As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the efforts to acquire new customers while implementing and maintaining stunning furniture displays and innovative interior concepts for the company’s three flagship brands. You will be at the forefront of representing the company at prestigious international furniture fairs, working alongside a team of industry experts. Your mission will go beyond revenue growth; you will be essential in managing margin evolution and defining the future of the company’s market presence. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and coordinating regularly with the Commercial Director at the Netherlands headquarters, your impact will be deep and wide.
Candidate Profile:
You have a higher education level, demonstrated by degrees or extensive professional experience. You are energetic and enterprising, and you use your knowledge, enthusiasm, and go-getter spirit to achieve commercial results.
- Experience in the B-to-B sector is essential.
- Experience in the furniture sector is desirable. Given the international scope of the role, we require a good command of the English language as well as a solid mastery of French.
- You are residing in the region.
- Willing to stay several days in hotels/accommodations due to travel.
- A good command of French and English, both spoken and written.

The application process will be as follows:

For them, you will then take three tests, including, for example, a PPE test. If the result is positive, there will be an interview with one of our French-speaking recruiters. You will have the opportunity to review all the information and indicate your salary expectations and possible start date. Once this is done, two interviews will follow with our client, and a final one will take place at the office in the Netherlands.
