As a Content Moderator, your job is to check and review travel reviews, photos, and other content shared by users. You’ll make sure everything follows the rules and keeps the platform safe and helpful for everyone.

Your Tasks

• 📝 Review user content – Check travel reviews and photos sent by users.
• ✅ Approve or reject – Decide if the content is okay, needs to be removed, or should be checked by another team.
• 🚨 Spot problems – Look for content that might be fake or goes against the rules.
• 🖼️ Pick the best photo – Choose the main photo for hotels and other properties.
• 📤 Escalate serious issues – Send complicated cases to the expert moderation team.

What We’re Looking For

• 🌐Proficiency in Italian and good level of English
• 💬 Good written and spoken communication skills
• 🌍 Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus
• 🧳 Experience in travel or online booking is a bonus
• 🧩 Able to focus on details and spot problems quickly
• 💻 Comfortable working with websites and computer systems
