🧾Your Tasks
- Moderate & Review Content
- Monitor, validate, and filter user-generated content
- Review sensitive topics, user behaviors and ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas
- Ensure accuracy, speed, and open-mindedness in every task
- 📑 Audit Advertisements & Copyright Content
- Check ads and user content for compliance
- Moderate based on social media rules and guidelines
- 📈 Analyze Reports & User Behavior
- Investigate flagged content with care and detail
- Follow clear protocols and procedures
- Make informed, independent decisions when needed
- 🤝 Improve User Experience
- Actively suggest improvements to services
- Help maintain a safe and respectful online space
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 🌐Proficiency in Polish and a good level of English both written and spoken
- 💼 Experience:
- 1+ year in content moderation is a plus, but not required
- 🧠 Skills & Traits:
- Logical thinking & good reasoning
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilience to disturbing or sensitive content
- Good stress management
- Analytical mindset
