About position
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our global customers and partners. In this role, you'll manage communication through phone and email, assisting with reservations, inquiries, and problem-solving to ensure a seamless experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to improving customer service processes, and play a key role in achieving team goals. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to both guests and partners via phone and email.
- Execute self-service solutions and enhance customer service strategies.
- Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs).
- Identify and suggest improvements to work processes to Team Leaders or Managers.
Your profile
- Proficient in spoken and written Italian and English (C2 level).
- 1-2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
- Background in customer service, hospitality, or the travel industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, excellent telephone manners, and critical thinking abilities.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
