💬 What you’ll do
- 🤝 Support patients with care & empathy – Provide first-class customer and technical assistance for diabetes devices.
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot & guide – Help patients with device usage and solve technical issues via calls, email, chat, or SMS.
- 📑 Manage orders & renewals – Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and compliance with medical guidelines.
- 🎯 Follow procedures – Apply scripts and protocols to guarantee safety and regulatory standards.
👤 Who you are
- 🌍 Fluent in French + C1 level English.
- 💡 Able to support multiple markets at once.
- 🎓 Experience in healthcare or technical support is a plus.
- 🩺 Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is an advantage.
- 💬 Excellent communicator with strong customer service orientation.
- 🧠 Quick learner with the ability to retain and manage large amounts of information.
- 🔍 Detail-oriented, organized, and a problem-solver.
- 😌 Stress-resistant with a calm and empathetic approach in sensitive situations.
