About the position

Your tasks
- Manage and evaluate repair reports and quotations for spain & portugal 📞💻
- Control costs while ensuring top-quality service 🧾💡
- Liaise with repair agents and technical partners 🤝
- Validate product replacements and monitor accounts payable/receivable 💰
- Build and maintain a strong repair network across spain 🌍
- Perform monthly audits and help improve service levels 📊
Your profile
- Technical experience with white & brown goods ⚙️
- Flexible, analytical, and detail-oriented mind 🧠
- Great communicator and team player 💬🤗
- Fluent Portuguese
- High-level of english
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
