Your Role
- 📞 Support customers by phone, email & chat
- 📋 Answer questions about orders, subscriptions, and invoices
- ✅ Follow up on customer requests until fully solved
- 🤝 Work with other teams to make sure requests are handled smoothly
- 🌟 Provide a high-quality service that keeps customers happy
What We’re Looking For
- ✔️ Fluent in French, both written and spoken
- ✔️ Good English skills (B2 level)
- 🗣️ Friendly and clear communication
- 💡 Problem-solving mindset
- 👂 Active listening and attention to detail
