For one of the biggest names in tech we are looking for a skilled and motivated Support Agent to provide Tier 2 assistance via chat, email, and phone. This role involves offering technical support across multiple digital applications, helping users with issues like refunds, cancellations, account recovery, and troubleshooting.
Role
In this role, you’ll deliver effective support to users, addressing their inquiries and technical issues with a high level of accuracy and empathy. You will work on requests related to various digital services and platforms, guiding users through solutions and ensuring a positive experience. You’ll be responsible for meeting performance metrics like customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality assurance (QA) scores, and average handling time (AHT).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Danish, both spoken and written communication and English at C1 level.
- High comfort level with using internet applications, browsers, and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Strong general PC knowledge
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- Excellent multitasking abilities
Specific Features:
- On-site role only, with a comprehensive onboarding and training, followed by a two-week nesting phase
- Expected learning curve is 6-8 weeks
- Flexible support required, including occasional Saturday shifts
- Must be able to adapt quickly to new workflows and last-minute upskilling as needed
