Your role

Answering Inbound calls to resolve any type of query from customers who have taken out our insurance plans.

Responsibilities

You will part of the hub team.

• Reception and answering of calls and emails from customers who have contracted our plans.
• Reception and answering of calls and emails from our partners and suppliers.
• Advice, guidance and resolution of customer queries and incidents, always offering the best solution.
• Customer information on coverage, repair status and resolution of claims.
• Making calls to follow up on claims and/or collections.
• Applying cross-selling techniques to eligible calls, informing the customer of our policies/benefits, and recording the sale in our systems where appropriate.
• Apply retention techniques on eligible calls, informing the customer of our policies/advantages and carrying out the registration of the sale in our systems where appropriate.

Required

• Languages: Fluent in Flemish with French, English and Spanish would be a plus.
