Your role

For one of the biggest names in food we are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Flemish with English. As a Customer Care Agent you are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service across multiple contact channels – phone, mail, chats & social media.

• You are the first point of contact for the customers

• You provide general support and building engaging relationships on each and every customer call or interaction.

• Handling customer enquiries about:

  • Placing orders

  • Clients’ accounts

  • Missing ingredients

  • Marketing campaigns – promotions and discounts

  • Deliveries

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and feedback

  • Making tickets for the drivers so that they get more feedback and deliver the box correctly and on time

Requirements

• Native Flemish + English

• Experience with CRM systems & MS Office

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)

• Good logical and analytical thinking
