Your role

You will be working in a project with relatively simple processes, but accuracy is an absolute must. You will be the Team Leader of your colleagues. At least we're looking for a two years person experience but we can make exceptions if you have a good profile.

There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job (focus will be on privacy related themes). The training period consists of 2 weeks to know the project and afterwards you would be trained for the Team Leader position.

Responsibilities

• Managing your project in terms of staffing, quality, and employee satisfaction
• Managing team experience.
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data
• You can submit proof that you are free of criminal offences
• Collecting information and building report on operational and quality performance.
• Develop and support the team of Agents in terms of knowledge and tools to reach team objectives
• Ensure a good working atmosphere
• Maintain structural communication with HR and senior management in relation to employee needs, absences and on-boarding/exit procedures.

Our ideal candidate

• Native Dutch or Flemish
• Good level of English, French it's a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equal through experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in an operational customer service environment
• The ability to manage teams in a fast-changing environment
• Relevant experience in a Team Leader role (preferably in a call center environment) is a must
