Our customer, a national television producer, is expert in setting up multi-channel campaigns in the Netherlands and Belgium. With their broad network and thorough professional knowledge they can create a large reach on TV, radio, weekly magazines and other online channels.
For the office in Belgium we are looking for a Dutch Assistant Sales Manager. You are involved in the content of television programs that are going to be produced in Rotterdam. With your creativity and enthusiasm, you are able to convince innovative organisations to participate in programs that are being broadcast on known Dutch television channels. Enjoy everything this countries has to offer while using your creativity and enthusiasm to succeed in this job!
Requirements
- Good to excellent command of the Flemish language in word and writing.
- HBO working and thinking level
- Strong communication skills
- Experience within Sales – Sales as an Account Manager,
- Commercial Employee or Relationship Manager is an advantage
- Preferably expierence in managing Sales employess.
- At least 5 years of experience with “cold” telephone acquisition
- Perseverance
- Creative enough to find leads yourself
- Results-oriented; Not just meeting but exceeding targets.
- Team player

- Training, coaching and superivising the staff
- Motivating and inspiring the staff
