We are looking for Technical Support of Telematic software and hardware .

Required skills

• Fluent in Swedish

• Working proficiency in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient computer user (MS office, Adobe, Data Bases and CRM)

• Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently

Nice to haves:

• Understand what is a sim card, an SD card, a server and what is their purpose

• Understand mobile networks and internet connection, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity

• Ability to use smart phones and internet applications

• Usage of MS Office
