As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are strengthening our Recruitment Team and looking for motivated and experienced Recruiters who speaks Portuguese to help us find top talent across Europe.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients
• Source and screen candidates across various job portals and platforms
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Work from our office in Lisbon
• Contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic team

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Portuguese 
• Minimum B2 level in English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Available to work on-site or in a hybrid model
• A team player with a passion for people and talent acquisition
