We are looking for Technical Support for Telematic software and hardware.
Required skills
- Fluent in Norwegian (level C2)
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer user (MS Office, Adobe, Data Bases, and CRM)
- Ability to troubleshoot and find the solution independently
Nice to haves:
- Understand what is a sim card, an SD card, and a server and what is their purpose
- Understand mobile networks and an internet connection, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity
- Ability to use smartphones and internet applications
- Usage of MS Office
Day to day:
- Account Registration through the portal
- Multi-Media Interface usage guidance, and troubleshooting
- The vehicle does not connect to the back end
- Remote Services Issues via the App (lock/unlock – climatization – charging schedule etc.)
- PIN issue – Reset PIN – locked account – Main and Secondary Users
- Infotainment Services – Navigation – Preferred Destinations – Traffic Information
- License Information – Expiry – Services included – Renewal Procedure
- Map Updates
- Charging Stations – Home Charging – Charging Issues
