For the vacancy as a Service Desk Agent is a dynamic and technically proficient professional who excels in problem-solving, possesses excellent communication skills, and demonstrates a customer-centric approach.
Required skills
- Fluent in Norwegian
- Working proficiency in English
- Troubleshooting hardware and software, familiarity with OS and common applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, patience, and empathy.
- Analytical and critical thinking for efficient issue resolution, task prioritization.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.
- Accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions, reporting on common issues.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, willingness to share knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing requirements, flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Efficient time management to meet deadlines, task prioritization based on urgency and impact.
