Your Responsibilities

• Be the First Contact: Provide fast, friendly service as the primary point of contact for clients. 📞✨

• Inbound Admin: Respond to customer requests via phone and email, offering tailored solutions. 📧💻

• Administrative Flow: Ensure correct follow-up and documentation for all client requests. 📝📂

Your Profile

• Language Master: Fluent in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) with a good command of English. 🗣️🇳🇱

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking under pressure. 💻🧘

• Reliable: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required for this role. 📜✅
