As our Team Leader Sales for the Benelux market, you are the ultimate coach and motivator! 🏆 You will lead a high-performing team of agents, driving sales excellence for the Netherlands and Belgium. Your mission is to maximize performance, deliver top-tier customer interactions, and keep your team inspired to smash their targets! 📈
Key Responsibilities
Lead to Win: Drive your team to hit KPIs like conversion rates, cross-selling, and revenue targets. 🎯
Be the Coach: Conduct regular call listening and 1-to-1 sessions to develop sales techniques and objection handling. 🎧
Daily Management: Handle schedules, holiday requests, and absenteeism in collaboration with planning teams. 📅
Operational Excellence: Manage workloads and queues to meet service level agreements. ⚙️
Incentivize: Prepare monthly incentives to keep motivation sky-high! 💰
Collaborate: Work closely with Training, Quality, and HR to constantly improve our processes. 🤝
Your profile
Language Star: Native Dutch or Flemish, plus a high level of English and Spanish 🗣️.
Proven Leader: At least 2 years of experience leading sales teams in target-driven environments.
Tech-Savvy: Expert in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Power BI.
Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple priorities with a solutions-focused approach.
Great Communicator: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
