🧭 Daily tasks

• 🔒 Block lost or stolen credit/debit cards

• 📞 Handle inquiries from cardholders

• 🪪 Verify identities and explain next steps

• 💳 Check and unblock temporarily blocked cards

• 📁 Process claim files efficiently

• You’ll receive a 5-day training, including a full day of hands-on practice 👩‍💻
