💼 Your Role

For one of the biggest energy suppliers in The Netherlands ⚡, we’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish and English fluently.

You’ll help customers via phone, chat, or email with questions about invoices, contracts, or account details.

Your responsibilities include:

• 📞 Handling all incoming questions via phone, email & chat

• 💡 Supporting customers with invoices, payments & tariff changes

• ❤️ Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

• 🔁 Retaining customers and building strong relationships

• 🏠 Managing move requests and updating customer info

🧭 Requirements

• 💬 Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)

• 💻 MS Office & CRM experience

• 🗣️ Strong communication skills

• 🧠 Logical, analytical, and proactive

• 💫 Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn

• 💪 Team player with flexibility and sales drive
