💼 Your Role
For one of the biggest energy suppliers in The Netherlands ⚡, we’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish and English fluently.
You’ll help customers via phone, chat, or email with questions about invoices, contracts, or account details.
Your responsibilities include:
- 📞 Handling all incoming questions via phone, email & chat
- 💡 Supporting customers with invoices, payments & tariff changes
- ❤️ Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- 🔁 Retaining customers and building strong relationships
- 🏠 Managing move requests and updating customer info
🧭 Requirements
- 💬 Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
- 💻 MS Office & CRM experience
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills
- 🧠 Logical, analytical, and proactive
- 💫 Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
- 💪 Team player with flexibility and sales drive
