💼 Your role
You’ll work for one of Belgium’s leading energy suppliers, ⚡ helping customers with energy-related questions and contract sign-ups.
Your mission? Make every customer feel supported and informed! 😄
- 📞 Manage inbound calls and assist customers in signing contracts
- 💡 Compare energy tariffs and complete contract details
- 💬 Support via chat & email — helping new customers calculate prices and finalize deals
- 🏠 Update client info for customers who’ve moved
- 🔄 Follow up on incomplete contracts & perform admin tasks
🧭 Requirements
- 🎓 Secondary education
- 💬 Native-level Dutch/Flemish & good English
- 💻 PC skills & strong writing ability
- 💫 Empathy, confidence, flexibility, and proactivity
- ⭐ Contact center experience = a plus!
