💼 Your role
- As a Sales Support Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice behind our home delivery service for frozen food and wine 🍷❄️.
- You’ll engage with loyal customers, manage orders, and share special promotions that make their day brighter! 😄
- Outbound Sales: Call customers to update delivery times, reschedule, or take new orders. Offer special deals & add-ons!
- Inbound Support: Help with orders, cancellations, reschedules, and general questions via phone or email.
- Customer Care: Create happy customers with your empathy and positivity! 💙
🧭 Requirements
- 🎓 Secondary school diploma
- 💬 Native Dutch or French
- 💻 Basic PC skills
- ✨ Sales or hospitality experience = a plus!
