🧾 What you’ll do

• ✅ Process customer orders quickly and accurately 📦✉️
• ✅ Generate invoices & credit notes following company policies 🧮
• ✅ Apply daily customer payments 💳
• ✅ Monitor AR aging reports & follow up on overdue invoices ⏰
• ✅ Resolve or escalate customer queries 💬
• ✅ Assist with reconciliations, month/quarter-end closings, & audits 📅
• ✅ Keep customer master data updated in ERP 🧠

👩‍💼 Who you are

• 🌍 Fluent in Dutch + C1 level English.
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 📆 1+ year in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Ops
• 💡 Solid accounting knowledge & analytical mindset
• 🧩 Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables = big plus!)
• 🖥️ ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
• 🤝 Detail-oriented, organized & customer-focused
• 💫 Nice to have:
  • 2–5 years of experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations
