• 📩 Respond to support questions via email & chat
• 🛠️ Follow clear guidelines (SOPs) to solve issues or escalate when needed
• ⏱️ Stay on track with service level goals & quality standards
• 📚 Join training sessions & reviews to keep growing and improving

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 🗣️ Dutch: C2 level (native-like fluency)
  
• 🗣️ English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• 🖋️ Excellent writing skills
• 💬 Experience handling chats & support tickets
• 📞 Bonus if you've worked in a contact center or service team (especially for ad tech!)
• 📱 Familiar with social media and digital ads
• 🔍 Great at solving problems & understanding complex issues
• 🌪️ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
• 💡 Product support experience is a big plus!
