What will you be doing? 🔧

• 📅 Double-check scheduled business appointments
• ☎️ Call companies to confirm or reschedule meetings
• 🧑‍💻 Handle administrative tasks while staying in constant contact with clients
• 📊 Contribute to smooth operations with your insight and focus

• You're available for at least 28 hours per week
• You’re confident on the phone and enjoy a steady workflow
• You speak and write Dutch fluently
• You have MBO+ level (mid level of secundary education) of thinking and working
• You're tech-savvy 💻 and experienced with MS Office
• You're comfortable using multiple screens and switching between tools
• You can handle a fast-paced environment and solve problems with a positive attitude
• You’re a team player who loves working toward shared goals 🎯
