🧩 What You'll Do

• 📞 Support Customers
  Help customers via phone, chat, and email with fast and friendly service.
• 📝 Keep Records
  Log all conversations, solutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• 💡 Troubleshoot Issues
  Use your knowledge of digital wallet products to solve problems and answer questions quickly and clearly.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 👥 Customer Service Experience - You’ve worked for at least 1 year in retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
• 🌐 Industry Experience - Experience in fintech, online companies, or payment platforms is a big plus.
• 🧠 Detail-Oriented - You’re organized, focused, and always catch the small things that matter.
• 💻 Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using the internet and PC-based software applications.
