Your Job

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients with their insurance questions by phone and email.

Your Tasks

• 📱 Answer questions about different insurance coverages
• 🧾 Help with policy cancellations
• 🔄 Support insurance brokers with their inquiries
• 📧 Handle emails and incoming/outgoing calls
• 🧘‍♀️ Stay calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns

What We’re Looking For

• ✔️ Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
• ✔️ Good English skills (B2 level)
• 🗣️ Friendly and clear communication
• 💡 Problem-solving mindset
• 👂 Active listening and attention to detail
