We are looking for an Appointment Setter to connect with potential customers, generate interest, and schedule face-to-face meetings with our advisors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, have a disciplined approach, and thrive in a customer-focused environment.

Your Role

• Reach out to potential customers to generate interest and schedule face-to-face appointments at their homes with an advisor.
• Coordinate appointment dates and ensure they are logged in the advisor’s calendar.
• Support the sales team by converting cold leads into warm leads.
• Confirm scheduled appointments one day in advance.

Requirements

• No specific diplomas or certificates are required.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Native Dutch (preferably Flemish) with strong communication skills.
• Basic PC skills (MS Office).
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Resilience, positive mindset, and attention to quality.
• Ideal for individuals with a mature, disciplined, and structured approach (+45 years preferred).

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 21:00.
