Our client is one of the oldest companies in the US, with roots to 1853. They manufactured revolutionary rubber eyeglass frames as well as a variety of optical products that required a high degree of manufacturing precision. Nowadays the focus is on Contact Lenses and Cleaning products for Contact Lenses.
The Customer Service Support Line provides support service and you will be responsible for taking incoming telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the clear objective being to resolve the customer’s issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Part of your daily activities will be:
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every single opportunity, as a result of your commitment, passion and dedication to excellence;
- Creating opportunities and value for employees, clients, customers, communities, and shareholders;
- Placing orders from customers on the online shopping website.
