Therefore, we are looking for Costumer Service Agent for a omnichannel retailer company.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Agent ensures customers receive the best possible service that they deserve:
- To handle customer enquiries via phone, e-mail, chat and social media about:
- Placing orders
- Delivery
- Payments
- To deliver information about our company's products, providing proactive outreach and collecting customer feedback
Note: emails are treated during the available time
Note: 2 nd line with no direct contact but ticketing, call backs should be arranged
- To handle complaints handling (orders not delivered or delated, missing items, delivery of wrong products, reminders of invoices)
- To ensure that the KPI’s and targets set by the management team are met
Tools used: SalesForce, CRM and Voice (Amazone voice integrated) - Intersoft (Internal chat), OIL (Order Management), Adyen (Payments), DHL (Order Tracking)
Requirements:
- Native Dutch/Flemish + English
- Secondary Education

- PC skills
- Sharepoint (basic knowledge base, employees will have to understand a lot themselves)
