Your role
For our customers in handling home delivery of frozen food, we are looking for a customer care agent who speaks Native Dutch or Flemish with fluent English. You are responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, some sales and administrative tasks.
- To handle inbound calls, and emails of existing and potential new clients
- To deliver an excellent customer service
- To solve problems and treat complaints.
- Transfer to depots
- Transfer to the financial department
- Transfer to the quality department
Requirements
- Native Dutch or Flemish + English, B2 level
- Experience with CRM systems & MS Office
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Good listener
- Contact center experience is an asset
- PC skills
- Willingness to learn
