Your role

For the second largest energy producer and energy supplier on the Belgian market, we are looking for an Inbound Advising & Admin candidate who speaks native or proficient Dutch (no accent), native or proficient French (no accent), and fluent English. As a customer service agent, you are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service across multiple contact channels – phone, mail, chats & social media.

Tasks

The Inbound Advising & Admin will handle the entire part of customer service, from A to Z, to both current and potential new customers:

To handle all incoming questions and requests via telephone, e-mail, and /or chat:

• Inbound calls
  • Comparing tariffs Luminus & other suppliers
  • Assisting people in finalizing the details of the needed contract before becoming clients of Luminus
  • Handling general sales questions, related to the website of Luminus or the energy market.
  • Redirect questions to customer care service

• Online chat
  • Helping & advising new customers to calculate a price and giving them information that will help to sign a contract.

• Inbound Moves Calls
  • Comparing tariffs Luminus & other suppliers
  • Assisting clients in finalizing the details of the needed contract before becoming a client of Luminus
  • Completing detailed information in the Database, like indexes, new addresses, and information for the new habitant.
  • Handling general move-related care questions, such as move-related invoicing matters

• Outbound Moves call
  • Compare tariffs Luminus & other suppliers
  • Collect missing information for the move of an existing customer.

Requirements

• Diploma of Secondary Education
• Contact center experience is an asset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Good listener
• Native or proficient Dutch, Native or proficient French and fluent English
