For a customer, based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Inbound Contact Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term.
You will answer questions of the companies customers. These questions relate, among other things, to changes to customer data, network or services, inquiries about subscriptions and /or services, invoices and payments or questions about appliances.
In addition, the agents are responsible for cross- and upselling the various services/products of the customer.

- You are service and result oriented
- You have technical insight
- You have numerical insight to be able to read and explain invoices
- You can work and problem solve independenly with a good dose of analytical thinking
- You have the ability to empathize with your customer
- You are a good listener and have good communication skills
- You have a good command of Dutch and English language
