Your role
For one of the biggest names in employee benefits we are looking for a customer care agent who speaks natice Dutch or native Flemish with fluent English. You are responsible for Handling inbound calls, outbound calls and administrative tasks.
To handle inbound calls, emails of existing and potential new clients
To deliver an excellent customer service
To solve problems and treat complaints.
Transfer to depots
Transfer to financial department
Transfer to quality department
Requirements
Native Dutch or native Flemish+ English
Experience with CRM systems & MS Office
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Good listener
Contact center experience is an asset
