We are looking for enthusiastic, social candidates who are willing to support customers with their questions. You will be doing this from the office in Casablanca, Morocco. Not only will you be working in Morocco you will also be living there, experiencing the culture, history, trying the cuisine and learning even the language!

Together with your colleagues, you will be ensuring a highly professional, courteous and empathetic customer service via phone and e-mail.

Part of your daily activities will be:

• Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding products to ensure questions are answered and orders placed timely.
• Management of technician's schedule. Inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments of technicians telecom, heating, electricity ..
• Request and collect updated documentation required by the customer’s payer, complete order entry and coordination
• Answer phone inquiries and provide support and direction to customers and resolve customer’s issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Collaborate with internal and external entities to assist our customers.

Skills required

• You have a native Dutch with a good command of the English language (other language are a plus)
• Technical profile
• Call center experience is an added value, but not required;
• Basic computer skills are necessary;
• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
• Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours
