As a Technical Support Advisor on board to support us in maintaining our business quality standards and achieving high-level production performance.

Responsibilities

• Grow a deep understanding of the product, both on hardware & software
• Help customers understand and use product’s powerful features to the fullest
• Troubleshoot, looking for both effective and efficient solutions for problems.
• Own customer technical and repair issues, working with internal teams and partners to ensure rapid & high quality issue resolution
• Forward your customers’ voices in the business, directly impacting product development decisions
• Optimise and develop processes to improve customer success

Your Profile

• Native or Proficient (written and oral) Dutch
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
• Treat all data and personal information with utmost confidentiality
• Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player
• Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronical devices concerning electric bikes
• Proficient PC skills
• Team player 
• Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
• Ability to operate in high pressure situations 
• Keen sense of technical curiosity
